Ronvisory was built by two commercial lawyers who kept seeing the same problem from different angles.
Companies across North America were drowning in contracting backlogs — deals stalling, risk going unmanaged, legal teams overwhelmed, and growth slowing as a result. The fix was straightforward: more senior contract capacity. But the cost of that capacity put it out of reach for most growing companies.
At the same time, we knew something that most of those companies didn’t: there is a deep pool of highly trained commercial lawyers and contract managers around the world — people with the same qualifications, the same skills, and often sharper cross-border instincts — who were underutilised, not from lack of ability, but because no one had built the infrastructure to connect them to the companies that needed them most.

We pay them above local market rates to attract and retain the best. We invest in their development. And we embed them into client organisations in Canada, the US, and the UK as dedicated, full-time team members.

Our selection process: We recruit only experienced professionals — minimum five years in commercial law or contract management.
